PROCESSING TIME
Each kimono is handmade by our slow fashion house. Processing time varies depending on current orders, but we work diligently to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, we are not always aware of shipping restrictions or limitations to every country. If you are located in a country with limited international shipping availability, please contact us before placing your order to confirm we can ship to your location.
If we cannot find an appropriate shipping option for your location, we will provide you with a shipping quote or issue a full refund.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
PACKAGE SECURITY AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package is delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages from your doorstep. Customers are responsible for:
- Obtaining CCTV, door cameras, Ring cameras, or any other form of surveillance to protect deliveries
- Coordinating with leasing offices for secure package pickup if living in apartments
- Arranging secure delivery locations or package holds with the shipping carrier
We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery if package theft is a concern in your area.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping (before delivery), please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
