Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.

Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)

If you are absolutely dissatisfied with your purchase, we may offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis. All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Do you ship internationally?

We strive to ship worldwide! However, we do not ship to China or Israel. Please note that not all couriers can deliver affordably to every country. If you believe your country may fall into this category, please contact us to check shipping rates before ordering.

What about customs and import fees?

International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in your order total and vary by location.
